Delivery Policy

Ordering information

Please place an order 5 days or more before you intend to pick up your order. Order production will be arranged after the payment confirmation is completed online. Our products are all freshly made. If you have special requests or questions, please contact us by phone at 02-23116198, and our staff can assist with options.


Delivery methods

In-Store Pickup: All items are available for pick up at our physical store location, located at:

No. 152, Hanzhong Street
Wanhua District, Taipei City

To pick up your order, please let us know your order number to speed up the pick-up process.

Home delivery: Only products in our "Delivery" section are available for home delivery services via T-Cat nationwide. We offer free shipping on orders over $2500. If the free shipping threshold is not reached, a shipping fee of 300 NTD will be charged.

Delivery Time

In-Store Pickup:  Our items are available for pickup between 13:00-18:00. We are open five days a week between Thursday-Monday. Please specify your pickup time to complete your order.

Home delivery: We ship nationwide between Tuesday to Saturday. Due to the T-Cat delivery policy, we are unable to ship items on Sunday and Monday.

Home Delivery Conditions

The delivery date will be arranged according to the date you specify and select, but the delivery time of the day is still based on the actual arrangement of the logistics driver, and we aren't able to guarantee exact times of arrival. 

Home delivery products are packaged with care and attention by our pastry team. However, there are still risks in the delivery process. If there is any cosmetic damage to the product or delayed arrival due to shipping conditions, we are not able to provide refunds.

Product Returns

Invoice issuance

Home delivery products will attach an invoice. If your invoice needs to be sent separately, please tick our available box to send it to another address for an additional 28 yuan mailing registration fee, and we will send the invoice to the purchaser's address.

If you need to issue a triple invoice, please contact us directly and we will help you as soon as possible.
